I’ve been searching for this rare, out-of-print book for a long time! It contains information about 𝗝𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗱, my 6th great-granduncle. He served as a soldier in the Revolutionary War under Captain Jesse Franklin and Colonel Benjamin Cleveland. Finally found a copy for sale on eBay. Months ago, I had set up an alert to notify me if/when the item was ever listed. Last week I received an email that an original copy had just been listed for sale by a vintage mercantile in North Carolina. Of course, I immediately purchased it from the seller and it just arrived in the mail today in excellent condition. The inside cover is signed by the author Paul E. Dyer who passed away years ago. Can’t wait to read it.
